The desktop agent collects keyboard and mouse usage data and an optional screenshot of the user's activity. In addition, it tracks the amount of effort spent on each application and internet usage.

MORE/hour calculates user activity levels based on keyboard and mouse strokes over the total time tracked for a specific period. You can track your productivity and address team or individual employee efficiency with activity-level features.

• The user is labeled active or inactive every second.
• The mouse movement of a mouse or keyboard stroke denotes activity.
• The following equation adds up all these numbers to yield a percentage of activity for that 10-minute segment:

Activity rate % = Active seconds / 600
